ICF Texas helps you take your ideas to a completed project. We can direct you to experienced ICF Designers, Architects and Engineers. We can introduce you to an experienced ICF builder or installer? And for the do-it-myself customer we have many tools to guide you thru a successful build.

CONTRACTOR TRAINING & OVERSIGHT

Sometimes ICF is a new to your builder. ICF Texas hes the experience to fully explain ICF to your team, and to provide training as needed. And we will remain involved on the project, from start to finish. That that does not mean just the exterior walls! We provide guidance for utilities installation, carpentry issues and finish work, as needed.

DELIVERY SCHEDULING SITE COORDINATION

Delivering materials to your site in a timely manner can make your project flow easily. Managing weather delays and contractor availability is crucial to your schedule, and budget. Clear communication protocols assures your contractors they remain "in the loop" to bring your project in on time.
